L2 folio board update
In the previous board design, I have many gaps between the images and the gaps don't look pleasing. Now, I have updated my 2nd board folio and it is better with fewer gaps.

Brainstorm English
Techniques:
Close-up - Shows emotions/expressions
Zoom in face/zoom out
Dramatic music
Mid shot
Shallow focus
Brainstorm:
Statement - In the ' I am home ' scene, the shallow focus is used effectively to guide the viewers' attention.
E - A student stands and reads from his journal about being evicted from his home. Shallow focus is used to show the emotions of the speaker as well as those listening to him.
Audience x - This makes the audience feel sad for the reader because he had a hard life. The shallow focus is used to show his emotions as he reads.
Director x - The director did this to show the class has become united and a safe, welcoming place. We see the class around him focus and then we see their reactions in shallow focus.

Series and Sequences in Level 2 art
In art, we've recently learnt about the connections between different images in a folio.
Here is an example of it.
These images that have been put together works well as they have been connected together by the kaupapa (theme) of this folio. These were mostly combined together by the use of the monochromatic idea in the images.
