The equipment's that needed
Raw steak
Flavour's
Salt
String
Knife
Container
Method:
1.Select a cut of meat
2.Remove all visible fat in the steak or meat, because it causes more spoilage in the meat
3.Slice your meat in thin strips 1/20 thick
4.Marinate the meat with your own spice or flavours you can use sugar, cinnamon, pepper, chilli, soy sauce we put flavour's
to beef jerky to be more flavorful
5.Coat the meat with your own flavour

RESULTS:
The biltong (beef jerky) taste salty but good and it smells like salt not beef and it's hard for the jaw to chew.

Mouldy bread
L.O: to find out about mould and what conditions mould grow in
1. We took a piece of bread
2. We gave the bread a "condition" eg spit added, rubbed on board
etc.
3. We added a moist paper towel and sealed in a bag.
My hypothesis was:the bread will get mouldy and the bread will look disgusting.
Actual:
What is mould? Mould spores range from three to 40 microns in size. Mould that is visible to the naked eye is actually a single organism that has grown from a spore.
